In order to use KWSP's iAkaun for your monthly EPF payments you have to complete the following steps:
- Fill in Form KWSP 1 (i) and submit it to your nearest KWSP office.
- From there you can obtain the iAkaun Activation Code, which will usually be sent to your registered mobile phone number in form of a SMS.
- Once you have received the code, visit the EPF website and click on Login to i-Akaun (Employer) > i-Akaun Activation to activate your account within 30 days.
