How Do I Pay SOCSO Online or Offline?

There are three ways of paying your SOCSO contributions.

Payment should be made along with the submission of Form 8A

All cheques/postal orders/money orders should be made out to “Kumpulan Wang Keselamatan Sosial”, with the employer’s reference number and the month of contribution written on the back.

Bank Counter

You can submit payment in the form of a cheque along with the Borang 8A form over the counter at the following banks:

  • Public Bank
  • RHB Bank
  • Maybank
  • CIMB Bank
  • Bank Muamalat
  • Pos Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)

SOCSO offices

At SOCSO offices you can make payment through the following methods:

  • Postal order
  • Money Order
  • Cheques
  • Banker’s Cheques

The payment should be submitted along with the monthly Borang 8A form.

Internet Banking

Several banks offer payroll bulk payment services. Typically the entire process will be online. Contact your bank for more details.

If you submit your contribution through online banking there is no need to submit the Borang 8A form to any counter.
