Slight update for EPF submission. EPF added a new field of “No. of Employees engaged for the month”, after you have uploaded your EPF text file (downloaded from Kakitangan.com). You just need to fill in the same figure as appeared in “Number of employees added to the form”, and you are good to go!
2. New EPF Contribution Rate effective from 1 Jul 2022
The 9% minimum EPF contribution rate will be ended after June's payroll. Therefore, in the system the 9% minimum EPF contribution rate for employees will be automatically changed to 11% from 1st of July 2022. A friendly note here, the payroll records before July 2022 will not be impacted by this change.
3. Add-on a stand-alone pro-rata setup for Unpaid Leave calculation
We understand some companies' practice to use different working days on the pro-rata for new joiners/terminated employees’ calculation and unpaid leave calculation. Therefore, we have separated the setup for pro-rata salary and pro-rata unpaid leave. Do check out the Payroll Settings page for more details.
