Dear friends of Kakitangan.com, 1. PERKESO New Salary Ceiling Limit Effective 1 October 2024, PERKESO will enforce a new wage ceiling for contributions from RM5,000 to RM6,000 per month. The contribution amount that apply to employees with salaries exceeding RM5,000 per month is stated in the Third Schedule, Act 4 and the Second Schedule, Act 800. For employees with salaries exceeding RM6,000 per month, the contribution amount is subject to the wage ceiling of RM6,000. Accordingly, the contribution payment for the month of October 2024 and the subsequent months shall be made by the employer according to the new wage ceiling. |

2. e-CP22, e-CP22A and e-CP22B updates Effective 1 September 2024, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (MIRB) has now mandated the submission of Form CP22A/ CP22B in batches via e-SPC. With the availability of batch submission for e-CP22A/ e-CP22B and e-CP22, Kakitangan.com payroll system is now supporting the export of the .txt files for e-SPC submissions to ease the employer's burden on records accuracy and submission deadlines. |
At the Payroll summary page, click on Forms on top right. Select the CP forms you wish to view. |
You will be able to download the text file in this screen (bottom right button "Download TXT File"). |
3. Minimum Wage 2025 Announcement Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced a new minimum wage requirement that will be raised from RM1,500 to RM1,700 a month, effective Feb 1, 2025. For employers with less than 5 employees, the new minimum wages would come into force on Aug 1, 2025. If you are using Kakitangan.com to perform the payroll calculation, just change the basic amount and all statutory deductions will be auto-calculated. |
