If you would like to generate a HRDF contribution report, kindly follow this guide!
Go to payroll and click Contributions
Go to the HRDF tab
In this tab, if it is empty, it means that employees' payroll have not been confirmed. Go to payroll report > click confirm amount and come back to this page and it should be filled up with data.
Once it is filled up with data, you can view all the employees that are contributing to HRDF
At the bottom of the page, you can view:
- Total paid to HRDF
- Total wages
- Total employee number
- Total basic
If you would like to export to csv, click Export CSV
In the CSV, the data will be similar to the web version.
