    We support the single login feature on both the website and the mobile app.

    1. Switch companies page

    Once the access of this feature is given, upon login you will come to this page to select and access to the company account. The page provides search company and last login info of yours.

    1. Manage permission role

    We want to allow you to self-manage and assign admin permission roles as having role like HR and Payroll can access to confidential data like basic salary and etc.

    I. Suppose you are a paid employee in Company ABC, then when you access to Company CDE, you are just a guest employee without any roles.

    II. Upon enabling this feature, any of the admins in Company CDE can then assign you with the relevant roles within the company, and you will see yourself as a guest with the admin roles assigned.

    1. Audit Log

    If you are Kakitangan.com HR premium plan customers, the audit log tracking is still working as usual with single login feature. You should have less worries on any accidental changes or misuse of admin authority by having a record of the edit history.
