3. e-PCB Plus - are you still having trouble on it?
The new e-PCB Plus has been implemented for almost 2 months. If you still having trouble on how to do it, we have prepared the screenshots make it easier for you to refer. We hope this helps.
When you login to MyTax, https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/, you need to change your role to employer (need to apply if you don’t have). Then select e-pcb plus from drop down menu.

On your left, choose SERVICES, then e-DATA PCB.
You will be presented an option to upload the text file generated in Kakitangan.com (as previously used in e-Data PCB).
Click “Upload the File” button.
|
Select the text file generated in Kakitangan.com, then click upload and click on the button “Check Data”. Then refresh.
(Note: when we try ourselves on 3 Feb 2025, the refresh button immediate change the processed file to fail or pass. But we heard cases that the LHDN system is overloaded later, that the refresh is still showing "being processed". In that case, what we heard is come back again the second day and refresh it. - So, don't pay PCB last minute at 14-15th of the month yaaaa!!!)

If it’s failed, you may need to update the TIN number on the employee profile’s compensation tab in Kakitangan.com.
Previously, the old e-data PCB doesn’t do a tight check on TIN number. They do now. Don’t worry, next slide tell you how to get latest TIN number of staff.

4. LHDNM Negeri in User Profile & EA form
We have added LHDNM State under Compensation. You can insert the state for each employee under Users > (Select the employee's name) > Go to Compensation tab > Income Tax Information section.
Once that has been filled up, it will automatically fill up for LHDNM Negeri in the EA form as well.
