LHDN Batch Stamping Feature Now Available on Kakitangan.com
Starting from 2025, the LHDN has begun enforcing the stamping requirement which all employment contracts must be stamped to ensure they are legally recognized and enforceable within 30days. Failure to comply or delays in stamping may result in penalties.
To support this requirement, our system now provides Batch Stamping feature, allowing users to upload and submit multiple employment contracts efficiently in a single submission.

Important Requirement
To ensure successful submission, users must include:
- Employment Contract Signed Date / LOA Date in user profile (User > employment)
- Employee Address is fill up in the breakdown format under user profile.
- Full Employer Address which include unit number, street name, postcode, city, state, and country under company settings
- Please ensure the attachment title is the subject in the attachment uploaded not the file name. (eg:Letter of employment).
